  • What do you specialize in?

    Disciplined by Design creates custom apparel, shirts, brand merch, organization pieces, teamwear, special-occasion clothing, totes, and other custom print projects. DTF and DTG printing are available based on the project, garment, and artwork.

  • Do I need to know whether I want DTF or DTG?

    No. Just tell us what you are making in the quote form. Share your artwork, garment idea, and use case, and we will recommend the right print method.

  • What should I include in a quote request?

    The most useful starting points are project type, quantity, size range, garment idea, print locations, artwork, deadline, and pickup or delivery city. Add anything that could affect the finished result.

  • Can I submit artwork that is not finished?

    Yes. A finished logo is helpful, but a sketch, photo, mood board, or reference image can still start the conversation. Tell us what needs to stay exact and what needs to be developed.

  • How long does an order take?

    Most DTF orders are ready in 7–10 business days, and DTG orders take about 14 business days. Production starts once the order details and final proof are approved. Rush is available, so share the date you need your order in hand and we will confirm what is possible.

  • Can you add names and numbers?

    Individual names and numbers can be included in the project brief. Note the number of customized pieces and include the list or mention where it will be shared.

  • Where are you based?

    We are based in Vacaville, California and work with anyone who needs custom apparel: local pickup, delivery around Solano County, or shipping if you are farther away. Include your city in the quote form so we can plan pickup, delivery, or shipping.

  • What file types work best?

    Vector files are ideal when available. PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI are useful starting formats. A high-resolution image at the intended print size is generally more helpful than a small screenshot.
